Three will be used by 10% between the first and second sector (two plus one), but the other five returned for lack of candidates for nomination. In truth I had suspected to be a ghost when I noted that while other Directorates to rectify the order of merit following the conclusion of the training course, Liguria was silent. We did not exist.
