Postponement of the June 21 event

Hola dear *,
as I wrote a little ' time ago, my intention was to organize a small event for Saturday, June 21 (to be repeated in future years) to commemorate the Filipino girl who was on that date in 2007 decapatita the guard rail on the ring road at exit east of Rome Tor di Quinto, but unfortunately I'm going through a time large workload and problems / personal commitments, which prevented me to dedicate myself to the realization of this idea.

requests to the three institutions would have to be as follows:
