Subject: exposed on compliance with rules concerning the obligations publication on the website of the City

Dr. Gian Piero Fish, president of the city committee of Bocca di Magra, with the complaint on May 5 last year, which is attached, has recommended that the site of this community do not contain some data, whose publication is required by law.
A check carried out, this office has found that the exponent as shown appears to be partly successful, because the information published under the rules set out in art. 53 Section 14 D. Lgs. 165/2001 and art. 3, paragraphs 18 and 54 l. 244/2007 (assignments of collaboration and consultation) has not been updated with 2009 data, but do not appear on the site to register beneficiaries of an economic nature of providence (DPR 7.4.2000, n. 118), and a list of the directors nominated by the subsidiaries and the related compensation (art. 1 c. 735 L. 296/2006).
In relation to the above, we kindly invite this community to want to complete and update the missing data with the publication of information on the site in question.

Lgs. 165/2001 and art. 3, paragraphs 18 and 54 l. 244/2007 (assignments of collaboration and consultation) are not updated with data related to the second half of 2009, while the book is not published in receipt of an economic providences under Presidential Decree 7.4.2000, n. 118.
It was found, contrary to what is found in the exponent, which is published instead, within the meaning of 'art. C. 1 L. 735. 296/2006, the list of the directors nominated by the subsidiaries and the related fees.
