the Department of Public Administration Circular No 13 of 6 December 2010, provides general guidelines for consistent public and private sectors as regards the changes to the rules governing permits for assistance to persons with disabilities, due to the introduction of Article 24 of Law on November 4 2010, No 183.
The purpose of the circular is to make the guidelines for the interpretation and application of new legislation, subject to the independent determinations of each administration in the exercise of its powers and organizational management.
